Is this for women only?
Yes, HELD is intended for women entrepreneurs. Nicole's coaching approach is anchored around the physical, spiritual, and energetic experience of a woman’s body including but not limited to menstruation, creation, nervous system regulation and matrescence. This community calls forward respect, celebration and curiosity for the fact that being a woman includes a wide variety of expressions. Inside HELD, we hold space and deep reverence for the expansiveness of words like "woman" and "mother", if you hold different definitions of womanhood or gender and are willing to engage in open dialogue, conversation and exploration, we’d love to share this space with you ♡
What times are the live calls at?
Calls alternate between Sundays and Mondays at 1030-12pm MST and 430-630pm MST.
What if I can't attend the calls live?
All calls are recorded and replays will be available and accessible inside the Discord channel
Where is the off social media community hosted?
The private community is hosted inside Discord. While engagement on the app is not required, this is where announcements and access to the recorded calls will be.
How does the money back guarantee work?
If HELD is not what you expected, contact Nicole to be granted a FULL refund within the first 14 days of signing up. Must demonstrate effort by joining the community on Discord and attempting to attend a live call.
Do I need to have my own business?
HELD is for women entrepreneurs in ANY season of business development, whether starting OR scaling.
What does HELD stand for?
H.E.L.D is an acronym for Her Embodied Leadership and Devotion which serves as the mission statement behind this community.
HER refers to this being a woman centered space, valuing womanhood and the physical, spiritual and energetic experience of being a woman in life and business creation.
EMBODIED refers to deepening the connection to body, exploring self expression, and acting from a place of integrity in life and business.
LEADERSHIP refers to being a change maker, visionary or woman reclaiming her power in life and business.
DEVOTION refers to a commitment to Self and to the WHY behind what you do and who you serve.

That's me!! I'm a wife, a mom to a spirited toddler, a crazy dog lady, an ex-nurse, forever birth nerd, matrescence explorer, and conscious business coach. Since becoming a mom and starting my own online business, I've been on this messy self discovery journey, unraveling and shedding layers of societal conditioning. Both motherhood and entrepreneurship have been an opportunity (and catalyst) for massive self/spiritual exploration, nervous system regulation and a reconnection to my body.

After getting sucked into mainstream marketing strategy, and hustling my way through the early days of starting my biz, I realized how incompatible traditional business coaching is with motherhood, or quite frankly, WOMANHOOD.... I'm now on a mission to help other women consciously create easeful and regenerative businesses.
